Please direct questions regarding registration payment to Jill Reisdorf (reisdorf@ucar.edu).
Visa Invitation Letters
If you require an official invitation letter to apply for a visa, you will have the option to request this during registration. Invitation letters will be sent out immediately after the abstracts are accepted.
Abstract submissions are requested for both poster and oral presentations. There are limited time slots available for oral presentations. You will be notified by March 15 if your abstract is selected for an oral presentation.
The deadline to submit abstracts is March 1, 2013.
Abstracts submitted after this date will be accepted on a space-available basis.
